The hearing aid you select will be fitted and fine-tuned to your individual hearing needs. We will make sure that the aid is sitting comfortably on your ear and explain all the functions on your hearing aid in detail.

It usually takes 2–3 appointments to fit and adjust the hearing aids to your personal preference.

It also can take time to get used to the hearing aids, therefore in the first 12 months, we are happy to adjust the aids at no extra charge should your hearing preferences change.

Our aim is to ensure that you have a hearing device that you are happy with and use.

Aftercare

Your hearing aids will be a part of your life for many years to come. At The Hearing Space our commitment does not stop after you have made your hearing aid purchase. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns about your hearing or hearing aids.

Please ask us about Maintenance and Battery plan for hearing aids that are older than 1 year.

Warranty

All hearing aids have a minimum of 12 months warranty on any defects in materials and manufacture. We will give you a warranty card when you purchase the aid. We will also replace or repair any shell or earmould that is not sitting comfortably in your ear free of charge within 6 months of your purchase.

Return or exchange options

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase we will exchange the hearing aid to another model or refund your money (minus $300 for hearing tests and custom Earmoulds or shell), within 60 days of purchase.
